Habits that can make or break us?

n February this year, I wrote an article on simple habits for the professionals. A few of my readers, in return, messaged me to elaborate on how significantly important our habits are that translate into life success.  Many people wonder how actually successful people become successful, not realising that they hold within them everything they need to achieve all of the success they’ve desire for.

For thousands of years, success in human life has been studied by great thinkers and philosophers. I have personally studied the subject for years. What I have found is that the very best people have developed good habits. Everything that we are today, and everything that we will ever accomplish, is determined by the quality of the habits that we form. We always look up to the successful people for everything in life. These are the people where they are today because of their habits. Aristotle once said: “95% of everything you do is the result of habit.” By creating good habits and adopting a positive behavior, we too can become successful and live a prosperous life. One of the turning points in my life and my humble study reveals that habits are a form of ‘acquired knowledge’ and that all habits are learned and can be unlearned. Actually, we don’t unlearn a habit, we simply replace a bad habit with a good habit that has more power and impact and how we do it? We develop a good habit by repetition. Almost everything we do from the time we get up in the morning, is habit. So, start thinking about yourselves what would be the best habits to have.
