Azar is primarily an Engineer and an HR practitioner by choice. Under his belt, he has over two decades of rich industry experience with a blend of both IT and HR.
Along with his ever growing professional responsibilities and changing market dynamics, he kept his passion of learning & coaching alive. Being a visiting faculty in various mainstream business and engineering schools, he is also into public speaking and life coaching arena.
He has held various positions both in IT and HR, where he was managing teams spreading over three continents and four different time zones. He have served IT, Telecom, Financial, Social Development and Academia sectors. Azar has been instrumental in helping businesses come to terms with organisational changes i.e. organisational design and business process re-engineering. His innovative approach & high personal competence encourages people to not only accept change, but also to excel in it.
Azar holds an Engineering degree, along with triple masters of dual specializations with some international certifications and diplomas. He has served various prestigious organizations i.e. Telenor Pakistan, 360Training Inc., AMAN Foundation, JS Group etc.
